Terms of Service – Resume and Coaching Services:

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of resume writing, career document creation, coaching, and related services (“Services”) provided by Killeen Group, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
We provide professional resume writing, editing, and career-related document and coaching services based on the information you supply. Company-to-Client communication may be performed through a variety of channels to include, but not limited to: telephone, text-messaging, e-mail, and video conferencing.
We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, promotions, hiring decisions, recruiter responses, or employment outcomes of any kind.
Our Services are limited to document creation and career guidance; all decisions regarding job applications, professional communication, or use of documents are the sole responsibility of the Client.
At this time, we are only servicing clients located in the United States; submissions from outside of the United States will be refunded as soon as possible.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
Review all drafts promptly.
Ensure the final documents meet your personal and professional preferences.
Use the documents ethically and legally.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies or misrepresentations resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client.
3. Revisions to Resumes & Other Documents to the Client
Each service tier includes a specified number of revision rounds, as stated at checkout or in your package description.
Revisions must be requested within the time window stated in your service package.
Additional revisions or late requests may require an additional fee.
Revisions are intended to refine content—not to introduce entirely new career histories, job targets, roles, or information not previously provided.
4. Turnaround Times
Turnaround timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
Client response times
Volume of requested edits
Incomplete or delayed intake information
The Company is not liable for delays affecting job application timing.
5. No Guarantees or Warranties
You acknowledge and agree that:
We do not guarantee you will receive interviews or employment.
We do not guarantee acceptance into any program, organization, or employer system (including ATS).
Outcomes are influenced by market conditions, your qualifications, your interview performance, and factors outside our control.
All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services.
The Company is not liable for any loss, damages, claims, delays, or outcomes arising from the use of our Services.
This includes, but is not limited to, lost opportunities, lost income, missed applications, or employment-related consequences.
In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the purchased Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims related to your job search, communications, or use of career documents we produce.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our work:
All sales are final and non-refundable.
If a Client is dissatisfied, we will make good-faith efforts to complete revisions within the scope of the purchased package.
No refunds will be provided for:
Non-responsive Clients
Missed deadlines caused by Client delay
Changes in job goals after work has begun
Outcomes of the job search process
Dissatisfaction with produced resume, coaching session or any other product or service provided by the Company.
Missed appointments for scheduled calls (including but not limited to: “strategy calls” and “coaching calls”)
Cancellation: Regarding re-schedules for calls: 24-hour notice in writing must be provided to the Company; if no notice is provided by the Client to the Company within this timeframe, the Client will be considered a “no show” and the Company will charge 100% of the value of the scheduled appointment.
8. Use of Delivered Materials
Final resumes, cover letters, and other materials are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, publish, or distribute the documents for commercial purposes.
We may anonymize and use non-identifying elements (formats, structures, or generalized achievements) for internal training and portfolio development.
9. Confidentiality
We take reasonable measures to maintain confidentiality of all personal information provided. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted electronically and are not liable for breaches outside our control.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
Refuse service
Cancel a project
Terminate communication
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Idaho in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you:
Have read and understood these Terms
Agree to be bound by them
Accept all limitations of liability and disclaimers stated above
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use or purchase our Services.
